Property Settlement ruling upheld by Virginia Court of Appeals.

In an unpublished opinion (Record No. 2108-13-3) the Virginia Court of Appeals upheld a trial court ruling obtained by Paul Dryer in a hotly contest dispute over a property settlement agreement. At trial in 2013, Mr. Dryer secured a verdict in favor of his client which ruled that her ex-husband had violated the couple’s property settlement agreement by failing to provide and pay for her health insurance for an unlimited duration. Mr. Dryer then successfully defended the verdict on appeal following oral argument before the Court of Appeals.
