Prepared for real estate changes.

On August 1, 2015, the new TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure rules announced by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) will go into effect. The attorneys and real estate staff at Franklin, Denney, Ward & Dryer are taking steps to make sure that they are prepared for these regulatory changes. By implementing training programs, software upgrades, and best practices guidelines, the Firm will continue to be able to provide the same level of expert residential and commercial real estate services that our clients have come to expect.
