Augusta Bar Association honors Ron Denney for community service.

The Augusta Bar Association announced that it had awarded Ron Denney with the Charles P. “Chuck” Ajemian Humanitarian Award for 2016. The Bar established this award in recognition of the worthy contributions made to the local community by the late Waynesboro Commonwealth’s Attorney, Chuck Ajemian, and bestows it upon members of the Bar who demonstrate commendable community service. In presenting the award on behalf of the Bar, prior recipient Thomas P. Bell, Esq., spoke of Mr. Denney’s service with the Community Foundation of the Central Blue Ridge, the Harvard Home residence for the developmentally disabled, the Waynesboro YMCA, the Valley Mission, as well as other contributions to Waynesboro and the Shenandoah Valley.
